Health, safety and environmental considerations are fully integrated into our business through this principles:

  • All line Managers are responsible for the executions of this policy by providing the resources necessary for the effective implementation of RWA's HSE Management System and leading and involving the workforce in meeting good HSE performance.
  • The company will assess all foreseeable risks to the health and safety of employees, and to the environment.
  • The company will develop plans to reduce risks in full compliance with Egyptian laws, international standards and best practices.
  • The workforce will receive appropriate training to make sure they are competent to carry out their responsibilities in safe and environmentally manner.
  • The company is committed to ensure effective emergency preparedness plan is in place and proper training is given to all concerned.
  • Necessary measures will be taken to ensure the prevention of pollution, injury and ill health in design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of all company Services.
  • Line Managers are responsible to ensure procurement of materials, equipment, contracted Services expected by this policy.
  • RWA will work closely with the Companies which it works with to ensure that the highest levels of HSE performance are achieved.
  • System and producers will be developed to measure, monitor and report our HSE performance, and take corrective action where required.
  • It is the policy of the Company to conduct our activities in such a way as to take foremost account of the health and safety of our employees and of other persons, and to give proper regard to the conversation.
  • RWA will fully comply with all the safety, health and environmental local regulations as well as customer safety standard requirements.

How we achieve this goals ?

  • Recognize the importance of the on-going involvement, commitment of management, other employees & the necessity of ensuring that they have the required skills and support.
  • Work on the principle that all the accidents can be prevented & safety can be managed.
  • Use our best efforts to ensure that contractors working on our behalf apply safety & environmental standards fully compatible with our own.
  • Keep our employees, contractors & the relevant authorities appropriately informed of know potential hazards that might affect them & make them aware of what is being done to minimize the risk & to improve the quality & safety of the working environment.
  • Establish and maintain contingency procedures to minimize harm from accidents that may nevertheless occur, & work with the relevant authorities & emergency services in an appropriate of these contingency procedures.
  • Health, safety & environmental matters will be taken into consideration before entering into new ventures or activities.
